A private focus companion for macOS

Your focus has
a fox now.

Trixxie lives on your Mac, notices when focus drifts, and helps you return — without blocking the internet or sending your activity to the cloud.

  • Built for macOS
  • No account required
  • Activity stays on your Mac
  • Beta is free
The Trixxie fox surrounded by subtle focus, timer, microphone and progress controls
A gentler kind of accountability

Focus doesn’t disappear all at once.

One tab becomes five. A quick break becomes twenty minutes. Trixxie notices the drift and gives you a small signal before the whole afternoon disappears.

Never a blocker. Never a lecture. Just a well-timed look.

A day with Trixxie

Quiet when you’re flowing.
Useful when you’re not.

01

Start with intention

Set a focus timer from the radial menu and let the fox keep quiet company while you work.

02

Notice the drift

When a small detour turns into a long one, Trixxie reacts gently. No blocked sites. No lecture.

03

Understand the day

See where your attention went, review focus sessions, and get one candid note from the fox.

Inside the app

A clearer picture of where the day went.

Trixxie turns local activity into a calm daily review — patterns, focus sessions and a little perspective from the fox.

History

Patterns, not pressure.

Pick a day, understand the balance and keep only the level of detail that is useful.

Your attention is personal.
Your data should be too.

App activity, window titles, browser URLs, notes, recordings and transcripts stay on your Mac. Trixxie doesn’t need an account for the trial or Basic mode.

The practical bits

Before you invite a fox onto your Mac.

Trixxie uses app activity, window titles and browser URLs to help classify time into work, neutral, distraction and idle. The activity content is processed and stored locally on your Mac.

No. Your activity history, window titles, URLs, notes, recordings and transcripts stay on your Mac. Product analytics and crash reporting, when enabled, are separate from your activity content.

Not for the five-day trial or Basic mode. An account will only be needed when purchasing and activating a paid license.

Trixxie V0 is for macOS. Builds for both Apple silicon and Intel Macs are planned. Windows, Linux, iPhone and Android are not part of this release.

The private beta is free. After beta, Trixxie 1.x is planned at €39 once for up to three Macs. No subscription and no checkout during beta.

Not in V0. The companion behaviour is local and rule-based, and cloud sync is not part of the initial release.
